This series of interdisciplinary events takes the Dovetail joint as a metaphor for the coming together of different artistic mediums and diverse members of our community. When we create and partake in reciprocity, the results can express extraordinary frameworks for stronger, more elegant and more generous ways of being, thinking, and appreciating.
Upcoming Dovetails
Join us Tuesday, November 17, 2026 from 6-8pm for Dovetail: Concert and Conversation. We will explore our current exhibition, Seen and Unseen, focusing on translation, how we learn from one another when facing barriers of language and culture, and how art helps us connect. We will hear from local poets, musicians, and story-tellers who will help us imagine ways we might see one another with capacious care when so much remains invisible across difference, without demanding that difference disappear or resolve.
Doors open at 6pm, with time to see the show, find a table and grab a plate as we will have food from the Balkan Treat Box. The program starts at 6:30pm.
Dovetail is free to attend; you can register using the link below.
