The Intersect Arts Center is moving to a new space! Over the past year, Intersect has partnered with many groups including Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Lutheran Development Group, RISE community cooperation, Eagle College Preparatory School and many others to realize a $3 million dollar investment in this beautiful historic space. The space will open February 3, 2018 and will house 25 working artist studio spaces, a dance studio, music recording studio, woodshop, ceramics, metals, printmaking, papermaking, and stained glass studios as well as a commercial kitchen. A beautiful 4,000 sq.f.t gallery will host exhibitions and events and educational programming is offered for free 6 days a week. We are excited about this investment in the Gravois Park neighborhood and look forward to partnering and growing together!
Thank you to all who came to celebrate this momentous event! The open house showcased photographer and designer Dave Moore's project Ebb//Flow: Artists of St. Louis. Moore created trading cards for over 60 local artists as a way to celebrate the local talent and vibrant scene here in St. Louis. You can still collect a pack of trading cards by visiting and ordering at https://artistsofstlouis.com/.
