You’re invited to the reception for Cabinets of Curiosities: One Scientist’s Specimens. Infesting the cabinets with worms, bugs, and all things squirming, this show dares us to get curious and find beauty in what repels, and to love nature not despite its strangeness, but because of it.

Starting at 6pm, you’ll get to experience B. Duygu Özpolat’s work in the cabinets, enjoy some refreshments, and see the current gallery show, Interstitium. Then, at 7pm we’ll gather in the gallery to hear from the artist about her research as a scientist and how it impacts her work as an artist.

This event is free to attend, but a RSVP is recommended; use the form below to let us know if you plan to join!
