Dance Studio Event Inquiry

Dance Studio Rental for Events:

The dance studio is available to rent for events/performances. Depending on the type of event and how much dance space is needed, we can generally seat between 100-150 in chairs in rows or about 150 at tables with space for food/drink tables. For weddings, our space is best suited for 120 guests or less, but we can accommodate up to 150.

We base our event rental pricing on the size of group using the space and the hourly use of the space. For events that cover multiple days, we may negotiate a flat fee. We also have separate pricing for weddings, so make sure to include wedding in your event name when filling out the form below so we can get you the correct pricing sheet.

All rental pricing includes use of our space, our team setting up any tables/chairs needed, plus access to our sound system and projector if you need them (note: there is no drop down screen in the dance studio and we do not currently have a portable screen, so if you plan to project any video or slides you will need to provide your own screen). Recital or concert groups may also make use of our baby grand piano in the dance studio with advance notice (note: the piano cannot be moved out of the room, and only Intersect staff are allowed to move it inside the dance studio).

We offer discounted pricing for non-for-profit groups; if your event is for a non-for-profit, church group, charity, etc., please include your group or organization name on the form below so we can get you the correct pricing.

Every rental is charged a cleaning fee in addition to the rental pricing.

If you are interested in hosting an event in our gallery, please fill out the inquiry form below! One of our staff will review your inquiry, reach out about your event date/details, and send over the relevant pricing sheet for your to peruse and make selections based on what you need for your event.

Our calendar fills quickly, so please reach out at least 4-6 months in advance if you can. For weddings we recommend at 6-9 months advance notice. We generally do not accommodate events with less than 2 weeks notice.
