Intersect ceramics members may set up their wares in the lobby for free as a benefit to their membership.

*Just wall space

$25 : JUST WALL SPACE : somewhere around the building. The wall will have twine for you to hang your prints. You may choose to have one or two chairs and there will be space for one standard-sized TV tray, if you’d like to bring something like that. Nice and simple.

Requirements

If you choose to bring a table, a table covering is required.

You must bring all of your own setup. We will have folding chairs available for people to borrow, and some pedestals on a first-come first-served basis, but we do not provide tables. If you are using a gallery wall, you must bring all of your own hanging supplies - nails, hammers, etc.

Must be set up by 11:00 and please do not tear down before 3:00.

This is a family friendly event. Please refrain from including any gore, nudity or sexual content in your work for this occasion. If you are unsure if that applies to certain pieces, then it probably does, but you can always email us a photo to double check 🤗

All vendors must be able to handle their own purchases during the event.

We do not provide access to electricity or extension cords. Please let us know if you require access to electricity, we may have some flexibility.

The booth fees will not be refunded to exhibitors who withdraw two weeks or less prior to the day of the market or are a no-show the day of the market.

A note from April Parviz, who is an Intersect Studio artist and has had a booth at Wynacht for three years now:

If you are unsure how to have 20 items for $15(each) or less - consider having a small “garage sale” corner of your booth. I did this in 2022 and it was awesome. I had a basket of items for $1 on a small TV tray and a basket of items for $5 underneath - with a little sign calling it “April’s garage sale”. The items were super random. Things that I couldn’t throw away, but also never felt like I could sell. It was a huge relief to finally have a space where I could put things like this. PLUS there were many guests who came through my booth who clearly wanted to support me, but maybe would not have been able to, had I not included my little garage sale. Obviously, there’s no way for me to really know that. But either way, I loved it. I will be having one every year.
